You should:
- view the dashboard of your Blogger blog
- Go to "Settings"

kalo udah disetting kayak diatas. Isi search description di setting dengan kira2 keyword apa yg orang cari untuk blog kamu. terus pas posting juga nanti muncul search description disebelah kanan, isi kira2 keyword apa yg dicari org dengan post yang baru kamu buat.Kalo udah diposting nanti masukin link postingan yg diatas itu kesini. https://search.google.com/search-console/sitemaps?resource_id=http%3A%2F%2Ftechnopobia.blogspot.co.id%2F
terus coba ping kesini, masukin aja link blog yg diatas terus klik ping https://www.totalping.com/pin.php

Cara download Templete, cari aja digoogle dengan keyword "templete blogger ..... free"
download, terus dapet file dgn format .Rar , diextract aja ntar yg dipake file yg format .XML aja.
Cara ganti templete, klik templete, terus pilih "Backup/Restore", Choose file. terus upload aja file XMLnya yang sudah didownload tadi.
